I had a bad experience at your restaurant today, 7/22/07. I went to your counter, as I tend to do on a Sunday afternoon, to get a cinnamon bun. What I got was dry and almost without icing!! I complained to the clerk who gave me a side container of icing and charged me $0.60 for it. I refused it, paid for the bun alone, then asked for a manager. They told me that there was no manager! Two store clerks making inferior products in a un-managed store, then went into CYA mode when they got a complaint!! The other clerk, not the one who sold the bun to me, finally put some more icing on it, and I left. This store really needs to have a manager there on Sunday afternoons, if this is the way the clerks handle problems!! At least teach them how to put icing on the buns!!!
