This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. My friends and I with our children ordered from there for delivery. We waited an hour for our order to get to our house which was less than a quater mile away. When they got there our order was wrong. We called to see what had happened and they said we must have ordered wrong because thier employees NEVER make mistakes. Which is total BS cause no one is perfect. So instead of being a good company and correcting the order for us they decided to take back all their food and leave us with 4 children with no dinner. These people really need to understand that everyone can make a mistake even thier employees. Needless to say we will never order from them again. And as for how good the food is I will never know cause they did not allow us to keep our meal. (

1st off when you go in side the restaurant is just like been in another place, the music the people and best of all was the food, the wings where crispy and tasty the diner roll was to die for!and the suppa di pescatore was like the one I usually get at victorios in LI'l italy NY ,I kid you notthis is the only Pizzeria in orlando that I will recommend,I will alway go there when I am in my vacations so I don't miss our great Pizza from New york

Proccolino's is the #1 Pizzeria in Orlando ,I have to say that by far the best and the only authentic New York flavor in orlando
