I came in to day for lunch 6/14/07 about 100 pm. I came in with a friend. Her and I dine their once a week or at least every other week because she lives in the downtown area. To say the least I had a HORIBALE EXSPERIENCE. I have been in the business for about 25 years and so is my friend. And I know how things go some times. But this was not handled correctly for the beginning. I told the server that I would like to have an appetizer then me and my friend would like to split a Chicken Chimichanga. I was told immediately We don't that here Ok that may be your policy that is fine it was the way he convey the information to me. Then the appetizer came out looked great and was great. With in under a minute the entree came out. We both agree that we made it perfectly clear that we wanted to have an appetizer and then share an entree. Ok at this point we were frustrated but still ok. Then we cut in to the Chicken Chimichanga and it was Beef. I then finally got my servers attention and told him that I think that we served the wrong chimichanga. Then he told me that he would get the correct one. {Chicken} I don't eat beef so my friend said she would just eat the half that she had put on her plate. Because she didn't have time to wait because she had to be at work. OK things happen I have been their and done it. Then when the server finally brought back the correct entree he was going to take back the half that was still on the table that was incorrect. I kindly ask the server to leave it because the lady may have more of it she had finished her lunch but may want more. Ok at this point I am very frustrated Leave the food on the table or at least ask are you done. Then 5 minutes later a female manager came by and said I see you got the right Chimichanga I said politely said yes thank you. She then tried to remove the other plate I then asker could please leave it and she still continued to remove the half eaten mistake off the table. I then ask her in jokingly way could you leave it or is some one going to eat it or are you going to throw it away. She looked a me and continued to remove it from our table. At this time I am over the edge!! I then visibly upset with my full entree in front of me that I had only had one bite of asked her to bring me a box. Her response was OK. No, I am sorry, nothing, their was no concern on her part at all. I know that I would never treat a guest that way. We were embarrassed and appalled. We were not their to get something for free. And that was the impression that we were given. That absolutely was not the case. We are in the business they had known idea who was as the table and didnt care. And that was the way we were made to feel. And by the way the Chimichanga that I had one bite of and paid for. I waked down the street one block and threw it in the trash because I wanted no more part of your restaurant. Sorry to give you this bad experience that I had at your restaurant and this is the first letter I have ever written. I waited 9 hours and still feel the same way so I thought I would let you know how upset I really am Roy Ketchum 3315 Rider Place Orlando, Fl. 32817 407-233-1555 Royketchum10@yahoo.com
